Grand Appliance COVID-19 Policy and Protocol Update

 

Grand Appliance is committed to providing employees with a safe place to work and customers with safe options to shop for and receive deliveries of essential home appliances as our nation deals with the COVID-19 pandemic. 

As such, we have made a few changes to our policies and protocols in order to maintain industry-leading safety levels in our stores and at the point of delivery in your home or on your job site.

Most of the changes relate to in-store shopping. In particular, we are now requiring all sales associates to wear a mask while in the store and are respectfully asking customers to do the same. While we understand that guidelines vary among the states we serve, we are pursuing the most cautious approach in an effort to maintain the highest possible levels of safety and to execute a consistent, company-wide strategy in all locations. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
